Security, Crisis & Business Continuity Programs
As the largest Prime Contractor in the region at the time, this organisation required advanced security capabilities to secure its people, assets and immunise its Defence projects against disruptions. Industry Risk’s Managing Director previously held the role of Chief Security Officer and Crisis-Business Continuity Program Manager at the company, and designed and implemented a Protective Security Program, then a Crisis and Business Continuity Management Program spanning 35 sites and 13 major business units.
In what was a very complex and heavily regulated environment, a baseline was established for the organisation’s Protective Security Program and deployed in sequential stages. A National Security Management Team was created to drive cultural improvements within Divisions, and a crisis and business continuity program deployed over subsequent phases.
